What should I send for a quote?

Share the product, quantity, dimensions, intended use, required date and delivery location. A reference image can help explain your idea. For listed products, the price menu brings your selections into one quote.

Can I order a quantity that is not listed?

Yes, you can enter a custom quantity in the menu. Where no published price applies, it will show “Price to confirm”; the team will confirm the specification and cost.

What if I do not have print-ready artwork?

Choose “Need design help” in your enquiry. Send your logo and any available references on WhatsApp. The team will advise on artwork preparation and confirm any design charges before work proceeds.

How do I choose materials and finishes?

Explain what the item needs to hold, how it will be used and your budget. Ask the team about suitable materials, print methods and finish options. Confirm the final size and specification before production.

When will my order be ready?

Timing depends on quantity, materials, artwork approval and the production schedule. Share your required date early; the team must confirm it before you rely on a delivery date.

How are delivery and payment handled?

Tell the team where the order is going or if you prefer collection. Delivery costs, payment terms and the final order total are confirmed with your representative. The online quote is a request, not a paid order.
